These Terms of Service govern your use of Falah, a mobile application developed and owned by NurQuantum. By downloading or using Falah, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
Falah is intended for users aged 10 and above. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
What Falah Provides
Falah is an Islamic wellbeing and productivity app that offers:
- Prayer tracking (including Qaza)
- App blocking with dhikr-to-unlock
- Pomodoro focus timer
- Tasbih counter
- Qibla direction
- Progress tracking
All features run locally on your device.
User Responsibilities
When using Falah, you agree to the following:
- Use Falah only for its intended purpose of personal productivity and Islamic wellbeing
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute any part of the app
- Do not misuse accessibility services or permissions granted to the app
- You are responsible for your device settings and any permissions you grant to Falah
App Blocking Disclaimer
Falah uses accessibility services and usage access permissions to provide the app blocking feature. You enable this feature at your own discretion. NurQuantum is not responsible for any interference with other apps, loss of access to apps during emergencies, or any device functionality issues arising from the use of the app blocking feature. Users are advised to configure blocked apps carefully and ensure critical apps remain accessible.
Prayer Times & Qibla Disclaimer
Prayer times are calculated based on your device's GPS location using standard Islamic calculation methods. Qibla direction is determined using your device's compass and location. These are approximations and may vary based on device accuracy, GPS signal, and sensor calibration. NurQuantum does not guarantee 100% accuracy of prayer times or Qibla direction. Users should verify with local mosque timings or other sources when needed.
Intellectual Property
Falah, its design, UI, features, branding, content, and the NurQuantum name and logo are the intellectual property of NurQuantum. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without prior written consent.
No Warranty
Falah is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NurQuantum does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NurQuantum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Falah. This includes but is not limited to:
- Missed prayers
- Inaccurate Qibla direction
- App blocking conflicts
- Data loss upon uninstallation
- Any reliance on the app's features
Data & Privacy
Falah does not collect, transmit, or store any data remotely. All data is stored locally on your device. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is our priority. All data stays on your device -- nothing is ever transmitted to external servers.
Termination
NurQuantum reserves the right to discontinue Falah or stop supporting the app at any time without prior notice. Since all data is local, uninstalling the app removes all associated data permanently.
Changes to These Terms
NurQuantum may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Falah after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Falah shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
